Justice delayed is unquestionably justice denied. I'm livid at Merrick Garland's timidity, at the SCOTUS entertaining laughably inane claims, and at the fact that so many people buy the crap tfg is hawking about being the "most victimized person in American history". I hate that it's now up to us voters to rid ourselves of this meddlesome troll at the ballot box. First the Constitutional guardrails of impeachment have been rendered moot and transformed into a political potato, and now a blatantly guilty criminal can escape justice so nimrods can blindly vote for him just because he has an R next to his name.
What has happened and continues to happen is a judicial system that bends over backwards to accommodate white collar criminals. Imagine of George Floyd had stood on the podium, shielded by bulletproof glass, and exhorted a mob of several thousand to “fight like hell or you won’t have a country anymore.” He was asphyxiated by a cop for allegedly passing a counterfeit $20.

Every so often there is a pearl of good news among the steady stream of oysters buried in garbage. Navarro going to prison is awesome -and my only wish is that the Trump Cabinet and his associates, like Erik Prince, and Rudy, etc.- could reconvene in the TV room at Rikers for 20 or 30 years. Seeing themselves on TV on NBC's upcoming "Prison Apprentice" will guarantee a high Nielsen rating.
