Yes, Susan, I want Faux News to pay so much they have to declare bankruptcy! Then we could save our democracy by them not lying about everything, and blaming corporate price gouging on President Biden.

Absolutely... I truly believe Fox and their constant propaganda fuels the divisiveness we’re experiencing. So, long live independent journalism!! 👏👏👏

Susan Niemann's avatar

I did some quick Googling and cant find a date. I thought it was going to happen the first quarter of 2024. It's a big amount of money though...like 2.7 Billion Dollars, so maybe thats why. I found this, though: "Lead attorney for Dominion Voting Systems, Davida Brook, reports that Dominion has lawsuits are now pending against Newsmax, One America News (OAN), Mike Lindell and his MyPillow Company, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Powell's law firm, and former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne. Those cases, says Brook, are “all proceeding towards trial.” The first lawsuit is expected to reach trial in the fall of 2024. Smartmatic has a similar list of lawsuits pending and their case against Fox News is likely to take some time."

The Republican Faux News blames the dead turkeys on Biden. The Republicans have blamed everything on the Democrats since 1951 when I got here. Inflation is so high, the economy is terrible, the American people are suffering. That is the Republican mantra.

Listen, the Hope Walmart has pallets of Black Friday stuff blocking the aisles. They have people guarding the pallets because shoppers are trying to help themselves to tomorrow's "bargains".

Watch and see how the big retailers report record sales over the weekend. Sure sounds like suffering Americans. Maybe they are desperate. Working people don't get big income tax refunds and have to pay more in thanks to the last guy. The last guy is such a pissant that he did anything he could to screw over the American people. It's the Republican Way.

Ignore them and have a blessed Thanksgiving for all the right reasons.

Notice how they haven't been talking about the price of gas. They don't want you to notice how much less it is. Or the abundance of inexpensive ham.? And can I mention that poultry prices have been high this year thanks to a very bad bird flu that required culling of flocks? Yeah. I'm not sure you can replace all those turkeys on a dime. Haven't they noticed the chicken wing shortage all year? And they call themselves "news" people. That's not what I call them.

Maybe the multi-billionaires running the Faux Fairytale station should ensure that those without gifts can get them by the wealth hoarders paying their fair share of taxes. (As ANY “good” christian would do)…cough, cough.

For someone so “sleepy,” President Biden sure gets a lot done: traveling the globe like an anti-Santa being sure we can’t afford a Thanksgiving dinner, negotiating hostage release and supplies to Gaza without a mention of his name from legacy media except to tell us lefties we all hate him for not doing more. It boggles the mind that such a sleep guy gets so much done without even a thank-you (for the good stuff, of course, although Faux Noise probably thinks suffering is good).
