Maher could not model civility if it hit him in the head. Years ago I used to watch him, but I've been absent for at least five years. My husband still watches and got me to watch this weekend to see Gavin and because normally I love McWhorter, but I didn't like McWhorter much and the other person, a blonde female columnist for the NY Post, wearing a red dress with a lot of cleavage and a jeweled cross was not helpful in any way, shape or form. As far as I'm concerned, it's perfectly okay to criticize Columbia's Jewish students if they support genocide in Gaza and on the West Bank. If you support genocide, it's not okay. War crimes are not okay. Perhaps they should go to college in Tel Aviv, if they don't like being criticized for supporting war crimes, regardless of their religion.
