I remember when I escorted a young lady friend of mine into a clinic in Boston back in the 80’s she was terrified of the protesters , so before I bring her in from the car l went over to the group and asked them to be nice and not scare her .Then I went to the car and got her and escorted her by the group .They were nice as pie not a word or a dirty look! I wonder if my being 6’3” at 235 lbs. had a calming effect on them !?🤔😅
