It's an abbreviation of FOTFLMAO. I FOTFLMAO so often these days (and NOT b/o the political nightmare we are enduring) but because people are SO clever in their comments. I guess you're too young to know that. But it's OK. Don't worry. I won't hold it against you. :-)
My Dad used to say that, to put people in their place when they were critical of him. It always cracked me up! So, old man (woman?) sounds like we're about the same age.
