“buying cheap goods is not a real prosperity”. -Kudlow

And Groceries, to Donald tRump, is an old fashioned word. Yes, Americans being able to afford groceries will soon become something from a bygone era. Now *that* will be fun to explain to today’s rally-goers!

He chose the adjective 'cheap' carefully. Being able to buy *inexpensive* goods is a different matter.

In the meantime, "Nincompoop. It's a lovely old-fashioned word. It means a head full of different things, unconnected and untrue things. You should be glad to have at least one in the White House."

How Can an outdoor rally be ‘full’? Get up off yer Butt- if you are physically able- and Get Out there!

I’m 75 and I just got back from a rally in downtown West Palm Beach. I made my own Large sign:

trump will

Bankrupt

America with his

Bitcoin

Scam!!

I know it will make No difference to the orange shit stain no matter how many take to the streets but I have always believed that if you don’t get off your ass and Do Something then you can’t complain about the way things are.

Who registers for a protest? Just show up!

Actually you don’t have to register to go. Just go. No one’s going to run you off. They just want people to register so they can estimate crowd size & check with you later for your comments.

Feel free to show up at future rallies anyway. There are always people who sign up and then can't make it. And unless the rally is indoors, the sky's the limit, really, as far as # of attendees. Good that you could Zoom rally, though!

There's a Hands-Off: San Francisco Fights Back march today starting at 1 pm at Civic Center Plaza, with separate but related demonstrations at Tesla dealerships in SF, Berkeley, Corte Madera and other places in the Bay Area. More later...

Good turnout at the Mount Kisco, NY rally this morning -- probably about 2,000 people in a very small park by the train station. Lots of enthusiasm and adeptly run by the Communication Workers of America. I was glad to be there.

Me..........In Boise. Grew up a hippie in the 60's and 70's but it's my first. Hands Off website instructs protesters to bring no weapons, wonder if the inevitable Proud Boy counter protesters got the message?

On a brighter note, Bernie's doing a rally here April 14

Hendersonville NC had a fantastic turnout for the 4/5 demonstration.

As new transplants from Chicago we were not confident that there was a progressive element hereabouts. Pleasantly surprised. Great signs and enthusiastic crowds crowded Main Street and brought the people's message loud and clear. There may be hope here after all. Lots of old hippies and protesters present, and thankfully youth turned out in numbers.

At 63 yrs old. I'm hopeful for some progress after the massive fuckery of this recent administration. Sing, clap and voice your dissent.

I'm just back from a small but loud Saugerties protest. There were great signs, fantastic costumes (Uncle San and Ben Franklin), and very engaged, friendly folks. So many cars drove by, honking in agreement. It was raining, but I figured if Cory Booker could do what he did, I could stand up for democracy and get a bit damp. It seems lots of others did, too!

Wishing everyone a safe and peaceful day. If you’re not protesting, you can still postcard, write a letter to the editor of your local newspaper, or otherwise volunteer. Here on the west coast we’re still hours away from events beginning. Looking forward to reading accounts from the east.
