So now the "face of Tesla" is seen everywhere as a horrible person. I don't think Musk's purported management smarts are going to be enough to right the company.

Truth is, he wasn’t that good of a CEO, his edge lord and tech-bro fandom is a large factor for the wildly overvalued TSLA stock.
Now, his warts are all front and center. Honestly, I do not think this will help Tesla in the near, medium, or long term.
