The founding fathers probably didn't have crowds of 65K (ok, prob more like a couple thousand when it's the Orange blowup doll; they could probably match that alright). The FFs also couldn't reach millions via either traditional media or social media. It probably made sense to have freedom of speech enshrined in the Constitution.
Too bad we can't just ban Xitter and Facebook. And "Truth". You know, you could probably go after that one for deceptive practices or grifting or false advertising or whatever. Lots of options. And the Wall Street Journal. Ok, they aren't quite as bad as the social apps, but they're annoying as all fuck.
