Congrats to all you Ohioans who made the supreme effort to vote in this “non-essential” election, as your Trumpublican state leaders called it. You did an outstanding job sticking it to them not only fir this, but for all the other ‘bullshit’ that they had hidden in this.

The weather forecast for Friday: It's going to be a beautiful, lovely, gorgeous day in DC. Sunshine with 95% chance of shit raining down on Donny Big Mouth. Next week is also looking good, with a focal shit storm over the Fulton County Courthouse, with large baseball sized turds hitting Donny Big Mouth and his team of garage lawyers. Stay tuned for more weather forecasts.

I am sooooo ready for it. My sister is a Black conservative, so she super uber mad about the Fulton County blockades downtown. I try my best not to gloat because I am on pins and needles. Not planning any family gatherings once the indictments are finally handed down.

There’s been a lot said and written about the supposed inflamed trumpers who will attack the country if trump is convicted but there has been very little written about how the majority of this country will rise up if the orange asshole doesn’t get convicted. We want justice!!! Just because a portion of this country have lost their weak, ignorant minds doesn’t mean we should cater to their bullshit on any level. Let’s keep going with the probable 5 cases against the fucker and add all indictments and civil cases that should take place.

You are very correct, Alicia. This guy had flipped. He was a ‘stone cold Trumpeter’! There were thousands of them in Washington on January 6th, and well over 1000 have been charged and convicted to date. Thus country is full of these people, and for the life of me, I cannot understand what the heck these people see in this fraud scammer.

I also am curious to see if the dapper Mr. Graham has to face any consequences. Doubtful, but there was actual fucking sedition here, and actual unredemptive seditionists are still in Congress, still seditioning. Jeez, it’s sickening. So getting at least one congressman or senator to face charges would be a start. The Aegean stables eventually got cleaned, so maybe there’s hope.

From my side, on the sidelines, that is, looks like Graham is every bit of the hGOP& plot. A major player.

From what I have learned, Lindsey is indeed ensnared in the net.

Indeed. There hasn't been much accountability since the Savings & Loan criming in the 80s, where at least some went to prison. Time for some justice alrady.

Criminalizing women's healthcare is the crux of it. F them!

Expand full comment

Only criminalizing the women in the equation. No pregnancy occurs without sperm, but we are now a two-tier country in myriad ways.

Good point. Not to mention helpful friends and family in Texas. They'd love to see that one go national. Vigilante those do gooders!

Expand full comment

What would they loose? Maybe a little change to cover support of all babies born, no matter the feasibility of surviving. Increased med care for emergency room visits for women in distress due to miscarriage, high risk pregnancies & the danger that puts mother & fetus in for having severe health risks or death. Although they might start out paying all those expensive medical procedures, I’m sure the would somehow figure out how to weasel out of any responsibility for their inaction, or neglect to help fund little sperm journey. Yeah, lock him up!

Judge Tanya S. Chutkan isn’t a Justice that Frump wants to screw with. I heard parts of his ‘speech’ he gave last night defying any order that she gives. He actually believes that he’s above the law. He actually thinks that he will not get out in jail.

He’s in a delusional world, because this is how he was raised. ‘Daddy’, the KKK, always covered fir him. Always kept him out of trouble, and always paid his way out if jail.

Just exactly like he’s doing now, but he’s using his minions to pay his bills. Guess what? Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is fixing to put a halt to that 💩. He’s fixing to freeze all the bank accounts, the PAC’s money, everything associated with Frumoy!

Expand full comment

REALLY? (I mean, it is wire fraud, so I shouldn't be surprised and delighted, but...) Talk about DELICIOUS.

"He’s fixing to freeze all the bank accounts, the PAC’s money, everything associated with Frumoy!" -- I mean, does anyone else see Jack Smith walking in bad ass slow-mo before snatching off his glasses? I am beyond ready for the beat downs to commence.

Expand full comment

Yes, it appears he’s in slow-mo mode, but, we just remember, he started this just last year. Just over a year ago. Since then he’s had two, or more Grand Jury’s going, has served numerous indictments from these two, and he’s not finished, yet.

There’s going to be a lot more indictments coming out if both of there Grand Jury’s. He’s also the cause that the investigations have begun, finally in Arizona, Wisconsin, and other states. Look for more state indictments there besides what we are expecting next week from Georgia.

Yep, he’s move slow, but he’s been extremely mythological, thorough, and precise. All the i’s are fitted, t’s crossed. The indictments are far better written than any I’ve ever seen. They are so thorough, a second grader can read them and know this dirty scum, and his cohorts are all guilty as sin!

Remember that trump was formed into a narcissist early in life; the grandiosity is unmistakable. He was taught to believe in a fabled existence and the brakes fell off this freight train years ago.

He’s in for some “behavior modification” at the hands of the judge. We’ve been waiting a long time.

Expand full comment

I’ve worked for a couple of these types. Business leadership is filled with them. And rewarded.

Expand full comment

I like that…..”behavior modification”.

Expand full comment

Well I was a therapist so.. lol Some personality disordered people learn from the direct consequences of their actions as to how to behave differently. Their lack of insight and their behavior continue to be maladaptive otherwise. trump rejects the discipline of others, or their attempts at it, because he believes there is a golden horseshoe up his ass and that behavior for normal people does not apply to him. The judge is going to show him that it does. He can be angry about her power in his life, but he will have to comply when he is in her court room, and if he is incarcerated. He will do as they tell him. The criminal justice system will own him. But he's a tough nut to crack, for sure. Denial is a powerful thing.

Expand full comment

One other thing. Trump will never survive prison. He’s been catered to his entire life. He was babied as a child until he was in his 20s then his ‘daddy’ always gave him everything he wanted, and he never hit his hands dirty doing anything. His father taught him the ways of the KKK, and he’s using the same techniques now in his running gif office, and fighting avoiding going to prison.

Thanks, Daniel. I worked with law enforcement on my end in drug/alcohol treatment court programs. Prosecutors and deputies were on our teams. I did assessments at the jail in some cases. It's not a place for sissies, I'll say that. It startled me when people went in front of the judge thinking they were going to bs and get away with it. Denial. I was just telling someone recently that trump may not drink, as his brother did, but he has the simmering resentments and the risk taking like an alcoholic. Almost daring people to call him out. I mean that in terms of active addiction. His manipulation of people, the uncomfortable feeling you get listening to him talk, because he's trying to scam someone, trying to intimidate and punk someone with his gaslighting. We know that codependents can mirror alcoholic behavior without ever taking a drink. You know you can feel when somebody isn't right, when something's off with them. It's a personality snafu. People like him are scary, because they pose in society as "normal" people. But they're not. I've said that he's a one-stop crime shop, and he is. His compulsions are lying and diet coke. And yes, a different world awaits him in prison. If he doesn't end up in a country club facility hitting golf balls all day. God willing, he won't. He indeed has been coddled all his life, truly spoiled, and never allowed to feel the pain of his decisions. Maggie Haberman's book "Confidence Man" is so spot-on. That's what he is. A con artist.

How correct you are. In my law enforcement career, my last 12 years was with the Florida Department of Corrections. I actually worked the confinement units in three different institutions. Then the state had me opening the Close Management Units in several institutions. These inmates were the worst of the worst. They coukd not live on the main compound, but we’re not “Starke” qualified. They were one step away from there. And I was assigned to run the units with these inmates housed in them.

It was a fight every day with some of them. But, they earned quite quickly that I was one to accommodate their every desire. If they wished to fight, I always ended it. And usually quite quickly. They knew I intended to go hone at night and go yo sleep, comfortably. And I did.

By the way, I highly respect your position as a therapist. I always have, because even back in my day at the prisons, I had to work closely with the therapist at the prisons. I had to stay abreast of the mental condition of my inmates I was charged with. Occasionally I missed the mark and list the inmate to suicide.

You have to remember, bud dear daughter didn’t have to be ask twice by Jack Smith to testify before the Grand Jury. She didn’t fight the subpoena, nothing. She almost broke her neck getting there so fast. I’m guessing that’s why her and hubby headed out of the country so fast afterwards.

Sigh. I keep reading all these pieces on how Republicans are polling poorly and it's all gonna blow up in their faces.

I hope so. The alternative is that they cheat like mad and win anyhow, or they lose and grab their guns, because like anyone else with the mentality of a toddler, losing gracefully is not a thing.

I keep looking ahead to the election, and the only happy ending seems like if Dems walk away with Congress and the Oval AND the GQP doesn't go to shit over it, like this were the 20th century or something.
