You’d have to have a functioning congress to do this, and sadly, I don’t see this happening for a while as too many Americans only get their news from outlets blaming the Democrats for everything which reinforces (in their small brains) their ridiculously stupid votes for Republicans year after year. (That, and our populace is woefully undereducated and has the attention span of a gnat on steroids.) And Republicans aren’t changing anything. They love the chaos. Other than that, we’re good.
