The countries where all these dope’s forefathers came from are all Socialist based countries… and many are our allies. This country is semi-socialist with SS Disability Medicare Medicaid and dozens of other state & Fed programs… because THATS WHAT THE PEOPLE WANT!!!

Respectfully noting that a lot of European countries are social democracies, which isn't the same as being socialist or socialist-based. I'm noting this crucial difference bc socialism isn't a system to aspire to, and using the terms "socialist" or "socialism" will prompt some people to tune out.

Social democracies have generous social safety nets, and they promote public ownership of some entities -- but not all or even most.

Bernie, for ex., is a democratic socialist -- not a socialist. Ditto AOC, I think. Thanks.

Thank you! Many people do not know the difference between socialism and Democratic socialism; although it seems Corporatism is where the US is and has been for a while. Corporatism is defined as, “The government mostly benefits corporations. Most major industries are privately owned, but still receive substantial tax CRS, bailouts and other benefits at the expense of the taxpayers. It is driven by the corporations’ ability to influence laws with large amounts of money to pay for legislation that favors corporations’ to make even more money. With CORPORATE SOCIALISM, the wealthy become even wealthier At the expense of lower classes. This system is essentially a Plutocracy = rule by the wealthy.”

Norway and Sweden (and others) are socialist countries. They are wonderful places to live. Wish I could live there.
