I mean I get the point you're making but I'm not sure bringing Paul Pelosi into a discussion about amoebas is exactly...relevant?

You’re right about that misstep. I apologize. That was such a heinous atrocity. In fact using Paul’s name in this conversation is an example of how word choice matters.

My point is that words can and do hurt people. They even kill people by inciting those whose hate is inflamed by the words. But you already know that.

Right, I was pointing out that sticks and stones are equal to words when it comes to harming amoebas; generally none of those work (as far as we can tell - we have a lot to learn about senses if amoebas can even process the concept of language much less actual words).
