BUT....for the actual trial the most likely scenario is it will go to a more senior judge. Also, that judge will not be picked by the 11th circuit, but the chief justice of the Southern District of Florida.
But....let's just wait and see. I personally seriously doubt she'll be the presiding judge in a trial of this magnitude, given the visibility of it all.
