It's funny, but Berkeley, back in the day, never had any violence at all (well, there was an 8pm curfew), and during the actual day, any violence consisted of bricks being thrown windows, primarily through Bank of America windows, which were bricked up after the first few demonstrations. Stores put plywood over their windows. Now the riots in Oakland over Oscar somebody, did feature violence in 2010, but these were largely shoe stores and looters. Berkeley never did looters. My impression has also been, if there are looters, they're not political. They're criminals.
Anarchists? Are you sure? If they wait until it's dark, they're nazi types.
Well, it sure wasn’t “ANTIFA.”
