and how the hell was the Grenell thing a one-day story that was reported on and then forgotten? if Biden had gone around behind Trump's back in 2020 to cut deals, the media would have never shut the fuck up about it

Thank you so much for talking about it. I have been shocked that this guy is going around committing treason and it is not a big story! In fact, I first read about it in WaPo, but then in The Guardian. Just one time. It is huge. It seems like committing treason is like speeding. If no one pulls you over you can just keep on going as fast as you want!

Think of what happened to the Rosenbergs. Ethel may only have typed her husband's communications and she got the electric chair. Grenell, Manafort, Flynn (and maybe Jared) and their enablers are a "whole 'nother" league. And they are doing it in plain sight. Where are the brakes on this wretched bus? Apparently there are no doors, either.

When Kissinger and Nixon et al got us mired deeper in Vietnam to win an election, it was disastrous enough. Reagan was a disaster for the US, period, but his manipulation of the Iran hostage situation wasn't as immediately dangerous to this country. (Other things he did certainly were, but that's another story.)

But this -- this has the potential to pull us into a third world war, with a dipshit who loves pretending he's a tough guy as Commander in Chief (aka Supreme Leader) -- who also has no trouble just rolling over for Russia. And a lot of the countries that could be involved have nuclear weapons at their disposal. Not good.

a couple things, the Iranian hostages were not released hours after Reagan was sworn in, they were released simultaneously. Not only is Garland a Fed Soc/R stooge — DOJ was too important to be a lab for Biden’s bipartisanship, a great intention but impossible with magat Rs — but FBI director Wray is a trump appointee. Since everything is transactional with trump & given Wray’s history (those pesky erased messages, for example), I imagine Wray is protecting trump. Nevertheless, it is beyond infuriating that these traitors get away with it in plain sight. And of course that only reinforces them to do even more heinous things to our democracy and national security.
