Yes. So a teenager who would transition to female, after long and careful consultation with parents and doctors, would end up with all those secondary sex characteristics, like a deeper voice, which hormones and puberty blockers are intended to prevent.
That's why people who transition when they're older have a harder time "passing." And sadly, most have known since they were very young that they were trans but at the time, there wasn't much they could do about it other than grow their hair long and put on a dress. Those who transitioned younger are often not "readable" as their previous gender. I know a couple of young trans women I did not even know were trans when I first met them.
