I actually find meditation very beneficial I just have to keep it up, I am a bad procrastinator, lol.
Even 5 minutes is beneficial🧘🏼♀️💕
That's true--I have CALM the app--I need to do a few minutes to start my morning...
Yes! Me too! I do it every morning with 7 minutes of yoga. It's just a habit for me now. But it's always there when you're ready.
