Whatever financial damages the family justifiably gets should come out of Memphis police department pension fund. Start hitting the police/law enforcement pensions instead of city general fund. Citizens shouldn’t have to pay for these systemic dept failures. Enough!!!

Yes I couldn’t agree more. It was obvious he was scared to death, the police were aggressive and unhinged and he for his life and rightly so, they murdered him!

I only watched the part of the video that PBS News Hour showed. I was sickened and horrified. I don't care if they pulled Ted Bundy over, he was still entitled to humane treatment. Those cops were fucking animals and I hope they rot in jail for the rest of their miserable lives.

Agreed. Ironically mass shooters/serial killers very rarely get killed by police, but then black men don’t normally fit that profile.
