I know I shouldn't, but in some ways I feel kinda sorry for Elon (OK,OK, I SAID I know I shouldn't) - he grew up in a country ruled by shits, and his dad was an uber-shit. Then he gets all that money and privilege which obviously went straight to his head - and now he's on enough drugs to stone an elephant.
What a waste of a life and a truck load of opportunity for good.

Imagine having the wealth and influence to change the world, literally, for the better, and instead choosing to be an awful, hateful person who intentionally ruins peoples' lives and careers and has literally caused many deaths, including children. You could, for instance, without making a dent in your obscene fortune, set up a foundation that would provide free breakfasts and lunches to all schoolchildren. public and private, throughout the US. You could fund traveling free clinics in rural communities without medical services. You could create an endowment to support community gardens in food desert areas in inner cities. On and on.....

I knew the Gates family back in the 1970s and 80s when I worked for Bill Gates, Sr.'s law firm for six years. He was a kind and wonderful man unlike Eloon's evil father.
