There were stark, measurable anomalies among the totals (e.g., on the same ballot, votes for Dems down the line, except for Drump; huge numbers of bullet ballots), possibly due to interference by Elon's hacker posse. Greg Palast has said that if every legal ballot had been counted, Harris would have won.
Bottom line: we have no idea how many people actually voted or didn't, and what the results actually were.
