jeff, millions in the United States have literally forgot what WW II was about and that has resulted in our betrayal of Ukraine. I never thought we could memory hole WW II, the biggest single event in world history, but we have.

There you go— the biggest stupid in world history—forgetting WW II !!! 🤷🤷🤷🤷⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️

I still call World War II "The War" which tells you how old I am. Who on this planet doesn't know what WW II was?

I told my mom once that it sometimes still surprised me that everybody didn't remember the day Kennedy was shot, and she said it still surprised her sometimes that everybody doesn't remember where they were when they heard Pearl Harbor had been bombed.

Remember where we were on 9/11? I believe we were united as a country for about five minutes during the attack unless Fox News found a way to spin it.

I was born as Hitler was invading Poland. Hearing the war and Holocaust Deniers is so disheartening.

I was born 3 years earlier - I remember Hitler in real time (even as a kid I freaked out - his shrieking on the radio) - and I remember the war on the news all my early years and then the opening of the camps...for most people today (we're OLD, Marie), hitler and all that is history like Rome and Greece

I'm glad each of us is still around. I don't want anyone to see that era in History repeat itself.

My parents were Holocaust victims. I know the story very well.
