An Ohio Senator and a representative have each called for JD to resign, not that he will. https://www.newsweek.com/ohio-senator-casey-weinstein-calls-jd-vance-resign-1954318

He and trump should be sued for the costs of closing down government buildings, hospitals, and schools and for the cancellation of the culture fest.

I thought trump was despicable but his repulsive behavior is mostly feral cunning and greed. Vance’s is more actively nefarious. With the knowledge that I might be blamed for my rhetoric, a pox on both their houses.

Yes, but it takes at least a simple majority, so we won't get anywhere with that. I hope that the DOJ is looking into the criminality of their behavior, though. Here’s the latest on Springfield: Ohio is sending in the national Guard to protect the schools. The State ought to bill the Trump campaign for this expense:

“MORE: Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R) said he would deploy state troopers to Springfield after a rash of bomb threats closed schools and community sites. At least 33 bomb threats have targeted schools in the week after former President Donald Trump repeated unfounded rumors about Haitian migrants in the city. (New York Times (https://pluribusnews.cmail20.com/t/y-l-mhrkuut-djiltlkytk-t/)) The state patrol will
