I said that about my my 85 year old dad in his 5th year of dialysis, (he lasted 8!) who had a subdural hematoma in 2020, brain surgery and then was finally getting better in assisted living and a taxi driver knocked him down and he smashed his skull on the pavement in 2022 -- more internal small strokes, but he "felt fine" but his dementia was advancing. Until his last 12 mos, (RIP Feb, 2023)despite all of that, he sounded roughly the same addeled as Drumpf, but with no malice or meanness, his dementia was sweet and very non-aggressive. Point is --he couldn't do most ADLs but just kept on keeping on. With enough good care you would be shocked how someone unaware of their terrible condition can keep on going. However, he was very thin and ate decently healthy food etc. I wish he had not had that last year, tbh. Meanwhile, the sack of pus in the wh continues to decay in front of everyone and vought props him up. Vought is also the real evil, the man behind the curtain making the flames and smoke.
