another too-much-news day. I didn't even get to write about that stupid fucking commemorative coin with Donny's insipid face on it

Giving 'dirty money' a whole new meaning.

DJ Headthrob's avatar

This is what these guys do. They float something ridiculous and see if it gets any traction. Everyone knows that U.S. currency may only feature DEAD presidents (or those killed in a duel). Just like Orange Foolius cannot (legally) run for a third term. But they sure as shit are gonna try.

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

Last night I was at a concert where local women artists paid tribute to women artists of the past. There was one young women (21 years old, she's been fronting bands since she was 11) who, after her set, before breaking down, returned to the mic and said "I can't fucking wait until the president is dead."

She got a huge ovation.

Lin Talbot-Koehl's avatar

I would have LOVED to see that!!

arne link's avatar

I would have clapped until my palms bled. Bravo to that woman.

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

That was pretty much the response. Nice to see the younger ones so passionate about this.

Elizabeth Schulz's avatar

I'd have been cheering myself hoarse FOR her. My single concern would be that a spy might have filmed her and 'turned her in' - shades of WWII and the requirements to tattle on one's neighbours AND family. fuckwit krazy-eyes Patel is even likely to twist her words into a 'threat', since that's their entire aim: declare that WE are threats in order to require the army taking control conveniently before the mid-terms.

Eileen's avatar

Holy shit! That's how everyone feels. She should have added an encore performance of "What the world needs now is trump, dead trump. His demise is what we have all been waiting for." Just re-write Burt Bacharach's song's words to fit the world we find ourselves in. Dionne Warwick would come out of retirement in a minute to singalong.

Ralph Roberts's avatar

Most of us think that every day!

Terri Nighswonger's avatar

I am beginning to talk like this without fear or caring. Everything is a fuck word.

Jenny Daly's avatar

Exactly! I use fuck all the time (came out of the 60's) but this past year I'm hearing more and more people who rarely used it have taken up the cause and are now getting really good at the many uses of my favourite word! It can actually be fit into almost any sentence and honestly, it just feels good!!

May we know who she is, so we can light candles for her and send her honey cakes and things?

Kudos to that young woman👋👋👋👋

Apparently, the coin is a “commemorative” coin instead of actual money. It is not “legal tender” but rather to be saved, (or enshrined and gloated over by stupid MAGGATS) And apparently it’s going to cost a LOT of real money to get one.

Bob's avatar

Another grift.

Elizabeth Schulz's avatar

magat fools and their money...are ALWAYS 'soon parted'. What dumbfucks.

DJ Headthrob's avatar

Trump Media is still below $10.00. And who do you think will eventually cash-out and leave his investors holding the (douche)bag?

Hollie Rood's avatar

Does the sun rise in the East??

DebJS's avatar

He always has Elon's Nazi Bar.

Joyce M. Shaw's avatar

Hollie Rood's avatar

😱Color me shocked!

Wendymae's avatar

As long as it takes money out of the hands of idiot magats, I'm fine with it.

SethTriggs's avatar

ABG - Always Be Grifting!

AbigailJJ's avatar

Good news that the trump gold head coin won't be legal tender. We won't. have it circulating in our stash of money. I sure don't one show up in my change. Meanwhile, trump can throw all his energy into selling his vanity coin to any remaining rubes.

DJ Headthrob's avatar

You know he's gonna make a mint selling it the idiots in his base. Literally and figuratively, they'll buy anything.

Terri Nighswonger's avatar

Trump is disgusting. 🤮

P123Sunny's avatar

At the very least it serves to:

1. Normalize the idea

2. Lower expectations

3. Move the Overton Window - even if it ‘fails’!…

Elizabeth Schulz's avatar

NONE of the 'rules' apply any longer with these dumbfucks, along with our beloved Constitution which the orange foolius (love that), has already decreed should be torn asunder/discarded - probably because he can't comprehend a fraction of it.

Martha Howell's avatar

Just once, I'd like all the Dems to get on message and point out to all the taxpayers out there that, while we're embroiled in a stupid and pointless war we are being asked to puke up $200B MORE tax dollars toward, the President cut health care, food security, education, the 1st and 4th amendments, killed our nation's standing in the world, our worldwide political alliances, the dollar, 12 service members, 40-some immigrants, and 3 US citizens, and he's focused on making an illegal gold coin of himself he can toss in his Ballroom of Bribes while the assembled praise his grandeur.

zuzu's avatar

Pete's gonna have to go to Congress to get that money, and there's probably going to have to be a hearing where they ask him to justify the ask. Likely Appropriations, but possibly Armed Services as well.

Let's see if he can take the appropriate attitude and answer questions without screaming at the people he wants something from. Magic 8 Ball says "Reply Hazy."

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

And he can't even pull a Bondi and claim the Dow Jones is over 50000. It's dropped more than 4000 with no end in sight.

Denise Donaldson's avatar

My guess is that the money will be appropriated, because no one in office wants to be accused of not supporting the troops. IOW, they will all fail to call out the false framing. That's what happened during Dubya's wars.

Denise Donaldson's avatar

Lynn Van Haren's avatar

That’s in addition to the ridiculous budget of $1 TRILLION that the Department of “War” already got

Anastasia Pantsios's avatar

They are doing exactly this. The media doesn't want to tell you. But this is why I subscribe to ALL those emails from politicians what some people find annoying because they're frequently asking for money. But it lets me know what they are talking about and they ARE talking about this constantly. We need to stop blaming our own, particularly when we don't have all the information.

🌷IntheHalloftheMtnKing's avatar

🫡 thanks for the tireless work

Susan Burgess's avatar

What worries me is that the 40-some immigrants that they killed are the lucky ones.

Chuck Norris died too. He was a big MAGA monger, so maybe the Grim Reaper is swinging his scythe a little closer to the target instead of taking out legends like Rob Reiner, Diane Keaton and Catherine O'Hara. (still not over her)

AbigailJJ's avatar

Still not over the latter three you mentioned. Seems impossible. Time to turn the Grim Reaper in a different direction. I'm on board with that.

Lisa K. Obrien's avatar

Catherine O’Hara was such a treasure!

Doreen Dalesandro's avatar

I just rewatched 'Best in Show'. You're right Lisa and Jennifer, she is without a doubt a treasure.

Jennifer's avatar

I cried buckets over her.

Doreen Dalesandro's avatar

The people of Minneapolis deserve it.

I'm sure agent orange is seething. He is the most couragest man in the world. Everyone asks him how he can have so much courage. He says it's because his uncle was a professor at MIT.

arne link's avatar

Ooooh, that's a great observation. Thanks for the laugh.

Frank Nuts's avatar

Jeff, I was doing pretty good till I saw that coin. I just acid refluxed all over my phone. Thanks Jeff!

One day when we least expect it (soon🤷‍♀️🙏)

Tess's avatar

I did like Chuck Norris when he played Walker, Texas Ranger…but he was a trumper…soooooo🤷🏻‍♀️

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

Separate the art from the artist. Kelsey Grammer is a Republican, but I'm not giving up "Cheers" or "Frasier." Clint Eastwood is rightwing, but he also made "Unforgiven." And, on the other side, I think Susan Sarandon was an idiot for supporting Jill Stein over Hillary Clinton, but I'm still going to enjoy her movies.

Bob's avatar

Grand Torino and Million Dollar Baby, too. Clint’s a good director, but his politics are shit.

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

Agreed. For the longest time I didn't like his films. I changed my mind after "Unforgiven." I read a bio of him that said I wasn't the only film critic who turned around. His politics are awful, but as a filmmaker his late career is masterful.

AuntTeeFa's avatar

Too bad he didn’t take some company with him

Mike Hammer's avatar

Should have taken Steven Segal instead.

arne link's avatar

He was great at the beginning of his career. His act didn't age well, IMHO.

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

I interviewed him after his first film. Segal was always a jerk.

HI2thDoc's avatar

He was the worst host in SNL history. 51 years. I think Lorne Michaels realized very quickly that someone who can’t laugh at themselves is not gonna be any good

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

His first film was directed by the director of one of Chuck Norris's best films and I asked if he was following in Norris's footsteps. He gave me a dirty look and said it was the worst thing I could have said to him.

arne link's avatar

I guess that persona was obvious in his films.

Ethereal Fairy's avatar

Wasn't he the woman abuser who moved to Russia to be near Putin?

Frank Nuts's avatar

And John, Segal loves Putin. I mell a threesome in there somewhere. I just know it

Bob's avatar

He’s scum.

That was my first thought too! He just died like a normal human? He didn't punch death in the throat? RIP Chuck.

HI2thDoc's avatar

I do not wish RIP to anyone who can support this lying, murderous, child raping thief. No one.

The Fail here is not removing him… we shouldn’t have to wait around for nature to run its course (look at Mitch still being propped UP!?). Talk about looking weak to the world :/

Cyndi's avatar

Chuckie would have been more inclined to shoot the guy with the scythe. And he had an ... Ummm ... impressive collection of assault rifles to choose from.

Frank Nuts's avatar

When Chuck Norris met the grim reaper he gave the reaper the wrong Monty Python color—“blue…no green,,,boom!”

HI2thDoc's avatar

How many more times must I mutter, “I can’t even” and shake my head in wonder? It’s hard to make it through the day, but, man, your work sustains me for many hours. And I know I speak for many of us. Thanks, man. Keep at it.

Paula Dean's avatar

I've only been awake for 3 hours and I'm already exhausted and have a headache. I can't begin to imagine how Jeff finds the energy to do this every day. We owe him bigly. I nominate Jeff Tiedrich for the Nobel Peace Prize, and all the other prizes forever.

SeekingReason's avatar

Don’t forget to make a toy copy of the award to give to tantrum trump. Tell him he won so we can hear Jeff’s speech in peace! 😂

Bob Bowden's avatar

It’s so true that you can spot the monent Prime Minister Takaichi’s soul left her body. All because when Donny DiShonest was born and his soul came knocking on the door, his father and mother insisted nobody’s home, and that soul never made a second attempt to gain admission

Noel's avatar

That was some epic level emotional regulation on her part.

zuzu's avatar

The Japanese are very, very good at putting on a face that does not give away the utter wtf-ery that they feel.

Crabby Canuck's avatar

You're correct. Which makes her reaction that more powerful because she did indeed react. She was posied and composed (like any good leader should and needs to be) but defnitely not stone-faced.

Bob Bowden's avatar

Zuzu is right. The PM should have said the surprise attack at Pearl Harbor was to try to stop America from developing atomic weapons they’d use against the Japanese people, so what was wrong w/ That? 😡

SeekingReason's avatar

I wondered exactly the same thing as Jeff. Why the hell show up with Mr. Psychobabble!? What is the point? An embarrassing photo op?

"If your brain was gasoline, you wouldn't have enough to drive a motorcycle half-way around a BB."

Bob Bowden's avatar

You needed a fully working brain to invent that BB insult!

Jan Moon's avatar

I'm so damn sick of being embarrassed constantly. In the beginning it was every day or so. Now I go to bed embarrassed, wake up embarrassed, and pretty much spend my day embarrassed. It' exhausting. I would really like to get a life but I'm too embarrassed. And exhausted. Thank God for Jeff. He lets me laugh and spit out my coffee. Very cleansing.

Terri Nighswonger's avatar

Jan, why are you embarrassed? Sweetheart, don’t get this confused. Rump is the pig not you sweetheart. You are a very good citizen and are doing very well living in Rump’s cesspool.

Merrill's avatar

When the xenophobic, anti- Democracy forces on the American right wrote its 2025 plan for America under Trump, we can wonder if what we are living through all across American governance, is what those fellow Americans had in mind.

Did they imagine a rogue, fully armed, police state? Did they imagine a DOJ void of the rule of law? Did they imagine a hateful, demented lying leader whose use of the word "WE" means "ME"? Did they imagine a head of HHS who likes diseases more than cures?

And so on and so forth.

Building a White Nationalist theocracy to replace our Democracy and Constitution has been afoot in America for years. Today, it has brought a new version of our ongoing civil war. We won the last civil war. When we win this one, it is imperative we update and fortify our Constitution to better withstand such vicious assaults. We are a far different country than the agrarian country of our founders. It's way past time we fix the compromises the founders made that enable minority rule in America.

Outdoorluvr's avatar

Not sure we won the last Civil War, when we're provably digressing in terms of civil rights and our level of hate for anyone "other".

Robert Eckert's avatar

We won the war, but lost the peace.

rlritt's avatar

But along with slavery, the South believed is States Rights, which actually not a good thing, but states should hang on to the rights they still have because Trump he's the only arbiter of rights.

Outdoorluvr's avatar

Agreed. He wants to federalize any policy that fits the regime's agenda, so the individual states have to keep fighting for what is right and just. That's us!

Harold Miller's avatar

The only “other” I hate is Nazi’s!

Lynn Horsky's avatar

And incarcerating people of color at breakneck speed for future slave labor

Crystal Hartley's avatar

We prevailed. Not sure if we won.

Beautifully stated Merril! You’ve got all our votes. And I’d like to add an amendment: no laws can be written that take up more than one page and written in plain English — no lawyerese.

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

There's a reason that laws are complicated. They shouldn't obfuscate, but if there is no specificity it opens the door to all sorts of mischief.

Right! Shoot the lawyers!

Jeff, I swear that pedophile cocksucker figures if he's damn near dead, he'll just take the rest of the world with him when he goes. Seriously, he's never cared a tinker's damn about ANYBODY but himself, he cares less now. I hate that evil bastard, with everyfuckinthing I've got

BTW, Great writing Jeff. Take care of yourself

arne link's avatar

I like the observation that cats were worshipped as gods in ancient Egypt and they have NEVER forgotten this. :)

Frank Nuts's avatar

I know right, Arnie! Jesus fucking Christ! Why can’t they blow themselves up and leave us the fuck out of it. Why can’t they (all Trumpers and trump enablers and christofascists all congregate in a big time wrestling arena, hang a nuke from the rafters (this will be in Russia of course with Putin’s and Bibi’s mandatory attendance) and they could all rapture themselves to the (hell)— there’ll be a U-turn involved)

We’re all with you on all of that, Annabelle! I had an aunt that was also an Annabelle. A wonderful lady. As are you!

Marsha's avatar

I've been reading a lot about Bessent and his relationship with Ehud Barack and the early days with Epstein. I've always thought Bessent was an idiot BUT I'm now beginning to think this guy is one of the most evil in Trump's "administration". His fingerprints are all over the years with Epstein and he holds a critical position with Trump that allows him to hide important information.

Paula Dean's avatar

Bessent is also blocking the investigation into epstein's finances...an investigation that was ready to indict co-conspirators in 2019 when - guess who? - shut it down.

arne link's avatar

Ehud Barack? Isn't that the guy who viciously raped and beat one of the Epstein girls? Nice dude. I can certainly see him and Bessent being besties.

Joan Serkin's avatar

He is an extremely dangerous dude!

Linda McCaughey's avatar

Also extremely repulsive. Hackles on my neck rise....

Maria Devereux's avatar

I agree - I heard him described as the supposed cabinet "adult in the room" various times by Stephanie Ruhl at MSNow, but I always found him incredibly slimy, haughty and patently dishonest, a soulless ghoul.

Marsha's avatar

He comes across as a doufus but that’s not what he is.

arne link's avatar

That is your female Spidy-sense warning you to beware. Always trust that sense.

Betsy L's avatar

The only reason we gave Argentina $40b is because a bunch of Bessent's buddies had invested money there, and they needed the government propped up until they could get their money out.

Mary Greenwald's avatar

Scott Bessent is openly gay.

Marsha's avatar

Epstein and his Crew didn’t let sexual

orientation interfere with anything - especially finances.

Linda McCaughey's avatar

Proving that you don't have to be straight to be a complete jerk.

Joyce's avatar

If Bessent succeeds in helping to create the Project 2025 Fourth Reich, he is going to find out quite promptly that he is gay. As Clarence Thomas will find out he's Black.

It will all be quite the shock to them, as, obviously, they have not read The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich and have no idea that they are not Safe or Different just because they supported the Nazis.

Frank Nuts's avatar

Thanks for the info Marsha! I had no idea that that hypocritical pissant, Bessent, was all up in Epstein’s grille…but it figures.

What I don’t get is that Bessent is obviously gay..so who’s getting trafficked to who here. Equal strokes to different folks I guess

Marsha's avatar

Isn’t there a young man who has come out about horrible things done to him when he was young? I can’t remember his name but he did an interview very recently on MSNow.

And in the list of people who Trump has paid off over the years are one or two boys names.

Crabby Canuck's avatar

Are you posting on Substack about this? Sounds like you need to. There needs to be millions and millions of posts by millions of people about ALL of this regime's shenanigans so that the truth can never be entirely erased. Always copy what you post into a Word file for archive purposes.

Outdoorluvr's avatar

He's only a "worthless pile of shit" because the price of gas rose high enough that she finally noticed the hit to her own pocketbook. Forget that the price of grocery produce has risen 40%, and historically, will never come back down. They're willing to take that hit as a trade for getting rid of all the "illegal" brown people who commit crimes and vote for Democrats. But a temporary increase in the cost of gas is absolutely untenable! Not another war, not corruption, not the stock market dive, not the loss of our troops or $1 BILLION PLUS being spent per day, not taxes or healthcare, not voting rights, not forced religion or women as chattel, not tariffs, not U.S. security, and not a leader who is clearly mentally incapacitated. It's the gasoline! JFC. I mourn the days when education was considered valuable by the majority of Americans.

HI2thDoc's avatar

I give the ones who wise up at least partial credit. Look at how many fucking stooges still think all this is somehow Biden's fault.

Daniel M Kimmel's avatar

You're right. We have to welcome those who have wised up for whatever reason. Why? Because we need their votes.

I exclude the elected and appointed enablers who supported his criminal enterprise. But ordinary people -- no matter how stupid or venal we may think them -- should be encouraged in their "discovery" of how vile Trump is. It's why I would never socialize with or vote for Marjorie Taylor Greene, but I welcome her criticism of Trump.

HI2thDoc's avatar

Yep. If they vote with us they are at least on the right side of history now

I doubt they're capable of wising up. They're pissed because they think the gas prices are making them look bad for their idiot voting.

As D.L. Hugely noted, Iran has a 94% literacy rate and ranks among the top tier nations in engineering and science. Americans read at a 4th grade level.

Betsy L's avatar

When I was at Iowa State, studying nuclear engineering, my entire class was about 20 people and 4 of them were Iranian men (2 of us were women.) This was in 1977. Unfortunately, we American students didn't mix with the Iranians; they had terrible body odor and language was a problem. I've often wondered if our snottty attitude towards them stayed with them and they're now part of the government that hates us.

HI2thDoc's avatar

We gave them more reasons than that what with our puppet dictator the Shah and our plundering of their national petroleum resources

Just watch Murc's Law work. This is a masterclass in "in over their head." There is no plan...none of these clownshoes fucks would be able to find their way out of a bedroom with a single door. All they need to do is just act on the mad pricktator's whims. Whims? You need a brain for that. Autonomic responses maybe?

And that gibbering poltroon represents me, an American, on the world stage. This is the guy throwing shit and everyone just has to sit and smile and nod. "He's overtired, we'll put him to bed."

And millions of Americans like the jerk at the end wanted this because they wanted his promised ethnic cleansing. When the leopard finally snacks on their face then they want to whine to the press about it.

Hey lady, he doesn't care about you. He said so himself. All he needed you to do was stop the Black lady so he would be free to crime and break everything. So you get NOTHING. YOU LOSE. BAD DAY to you.

Major Kong's avatar

Well put Seth. It's OK for Trump to blather about about Pearl Harbor and joke about nuclear weapons in front of the Prime Minister of the only country that has suffered nuclear attack. But you can't talk about slavery or Jim Crow because it might hurt white people's feelings.

Frank Nuts's avatar

That’s right Seth—they vote for him and then march right ahead to be first in line to be slaughtered.

I think we are in need of a modification of our education system. We need to add a number of very important things: classes on how to spot bullies, liars, and psychopaths and what to do about and with them… or this will continue to happen.

And, we need to return to teaching actual history. We don’t need classes on how to pray or who to pray to. Instead of praying to the ether to make things better hoping that someone will listen to their prayer they, instead ,need to be taught how to take responsibility and take positive actions to improve situations and better lives. We could change the course of history in one generation. We would be accused of indoctrination (you know, the thing they do to kids in Sunday school); but, we’ve been accused of what they project we are doing plenty of times in the past. I think we’d survive.

Thank you Jeff.

While the criminal elect just continues to be himself -planning the curtains for the Epstein Ballroom, and how his super new U.S. Mint Liberty Coin is going to look, he is just being his pre-teen loving criminally corrupt self.

At this point, every GOP Member of Congress who allows this to continue -while the criminal elect and his alcoholic extremist idiot sidekick consider ground troops for Netanyahu's Operation: Epstein Distraction War are all complicit and responsible for Trump's pattern of ineptitude and corruption. So is Vance, the entire Cabinet, and the billionaires like Musk, Adelson, Bezos, Ellison, Mellon, and others who support the suffering, death, and devastation for some tax cuts.

The treasury is being looted (our taxpayer dollars by the way), our environment is being plundered, people are being murdered, justice has been subverted, and any aspirations of democracy lies bleeding in their hands.

F them all. At Rikers. While their assets are seized and used to partially cover the generational suffering they have caused -and continue to do so, unabated.

Yes -I'm angry.

This is the country you get when all you care about is money. Not education, not equality, not kindness; not our environment, the entire planet nor the other species we share it with. Greed is caustic and destroys everything, even the greedy.

And for you Christian Nationalists out there, it's also categorized as a Deadly Sin. Live your Bible, people!

You ain't wrong. And let's not forget the millions of deaths that Musk and DOGE incels caused by dismantling of USAID.

And George, I am attending your sermon in the front row giving you a standing ovation!

You know, George, you are the type of person who should be running this country but I’ll bet you wouldn’t do it because you felt that there must be someone who is more qualified—and that’s the problem. This is not a criticism of you George. There are a lot of people like you who would do an admirable job but I’m sure they all have that same thought. The smart and gifted people realize they don’t have all the answers and believe there are people who would be better at it.

The problem is that the general public seem to believe the people who say they have all the answers and then believe all their lies about how they are going to protect the people better than anyone else.

People tend to vote for whoever seems like the most confident person—regardless of facts, truth or reality.

I wish I could figure out why

Thank you Frank. Your note is thought provoking in terms of governance and leadership. Something as diverse, complex, and powerful as the United States demands leaders with vision, integrity, and a team of subject matter experts in areas such as economics, international trade, diplomacy, public education, climate, equality, and justice.

Through years of attacks on government -the frame that it is all corrupt and invasive -too many have accepted the frame -and either don’t vote, or vote for someone entertaining or someone they perceive as “fun” at a BBQ. The attacks on government coupled with an economic system that, instead of providing fairness and upward mobility is squeezing the life out of everyone except for the top, less than 1% who benefit from all of our collective productivity over 40 or more years. Education erodes, media consolidates, and you end up where we are today (and where we were when we embarked upon this path beginning with Reagan).

There needs to be massive changes in governance and the system -and it is a matter of survival. I wrote several months ago about “The 3 C’s of the Apocalypse: Conflict, Climate, and Concentration of Wealth” -and they are all accelerating toward an outcome no rational person could embrace.

We have the absolute worst leadership at a time in which we needed bold, sustainable, and visionary solutions to a system that is failing everyone except for a tiny portion of society- who are all now all constructing bunkers for themselves or planning a trip to Mars.

George, Bill Maher called it the "lets get the dog high" vote.

Robert Eckert's avatar

It was decades ago, maybe during the campaign of Bush Sr. against Michael Dukakis, when Ann Landers got a letter asking "Surely there a lot of people who would be better than these candidates-- why don't they run?"

"Because they aren't dumb," she replied.

Similar to a 1980 Herblock cartoon of a butcher holding up two turkeys with the heads of Carter and Reagan and the customer complaining, "You call that a choice?"

Robert Eckert's avatar

Art Buchwald had a column about being asked, "Who are you voting against this year? He's voting against Carter, but I'm voting against Reagan" -- "I'm voting against Anderson," he replied.

Ah, John Anderson. The road not taken.

Scott Perry...whatta dumbass d-bag. 🙄

Now, I cant even escape since the availability of jet fuel is getting scarce and the price is skyrocketing thanks to Donnys excursion... at least so I read.

We're all gonna die in a nuclear war, aren't we?

Been nice hanging out with this community. You guys rock.

That last line struck a chord in me. Brought back this tune. "I don't feel safe in this world no more. I don't wanna die in a nuclear war. I wanna sail away to a distant shore, And live like an ape man." (Ray Davies, 'Apeman', 1970.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aRHqs8SffDo

Who elected this carnival barker?!?

These MAGAs are really not smart

Their minds have just fallen apart

Their victimhood rages

When they read FAUX Nooz pages

Next time they'll elect ol' Paul Blart!

If you like what you just read, please subscribe to my Substack! I do my best to send out one of these every day. It helps to laugh -- even just a bit.

Paul Blart would be an improvement of epic proportions at this point.

Frosty McGillicuddy's avatar

That's true. At least he's on the right side of the law and does his best.

rlritt's avatar

I dont care what someone did before if they have strength of character to admit they were wrong. A lot MAGA did vote what they are ultimately getting, but they can't admit they're wrong. This woman belongs in the camp as Taylor Greene who still hold the same political stance but realize Trump is an unethical, dishonest narcissist and they should not have supported him.

I wonder, does John Roberts ever lie awake at night thinking, “What the fuck have I done?” Do Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and Barrett ever look in the mirror and think, “The stupidest man in the world thought I should be on the Supreme Court?”

Robert's complaining that the SCOTUS is not getting it's due respect is one of the most tone deaf statements of all time.
