I will admit I am not a fan of police. Just Wednesday while walking on the sidewalk 2 Colorado officers shouted “fucking tranny” at me and drove away laughing. I’ve been unlawfully detained and beaten because I’m trans, but not killed because I am white and I am aware of this simple fact. But the veteran in me feels for the stone faced officers pictured behind Trump, thinking “I want to kill this man”. Guarantee the Marines on security detail thought the same thing from 2016-2020.
Personally if police want their image back, the ones who are not the racists attacking civil rights need to be protesting en masse.
