Okay, I finished reading your column, and clicked on the YouTube/Al Gore thingy at the t inability to answer the question video at the end, spent the 12 minutes watching it, and I can definitively say that, the end is here, and it has nothing to do with the Epstein emails, it's all about the climate crisis. But these emails are a fun way to avoid thinking about what will happen to anyone under 50, or maybe 60.

To ME, it proves even more (aside from his brother - Mark?) that he in no way 'committed suicide'. He had too much on frump and had a cushy deal so to me was 'suicided' quite deliberately and IF his death had been looked into PROPERLY and by real experts it probably would have been labeled a suspicious death or 'homicide'. He knew FAR too much, Michael Wolff was in contact with him - also knew what he knew about frump...but IN prison one is at the mercy of whomever can be bought, just like these purported 'ice agents' or 'border patrol agents' operating with impunity HUNDREDS OF MILES away from any border yet imagining they have sovereignty even over our own Blue Cities' police forces. THIS is now a major crisis for frump/miller et al - so do not be surprised if in his panic and fury he lets miller declare that the military will be fully in charge of ALL of us! I'm expecting some extremely vile such thing to occur. It will either finally wake up magats OR have them join in with attacking their own neighbours. We have precedents from WWII.

I could not spend my time reading about such horrid people and person like that. I was feeling too debased. If I feel that from reading about Trump I cannot even imagine what these girls and young women experienced. I am the mother of a young woman and when she complained about how something was unfair, I would always tell her, "The only unfair thing is that all children in the world do not have it as good as you and your friends!" That clearly resonated with her and she stopped complaining. Last night we were talking about the Epstein Files and what was going on with the young women and girls, and I was telling her that this was part of what I was thinking about when I said that to her. That there are girls who are sexually abused, and it appears it is pretty common globally. We all need to make this world a better place.

As he successfully did with Alex Acosta in his first round of incarceration. And as Ghislaine is doing now, in her Club Fed low security compound where she's getting preferential VIP treatment. Epstein and Maxwell were birds of a feather, not suicidal but extremely manipulative.

Melania dropped out of the University of Ljubljana her first year to model, so she was too old to be trafficked. Her agency head, Paolo Zampolli, was a trafficker, as were Epstein and Trump in the ‘90s. Epstein shagged her a year before she met Donald, the anecdote that made the fuss. It hardly matters who introduced them. She was there while they trafficked. She was buddies with Ghislaine.

There are questions we should be asking.

https://thistleandmoss.com/p/trump-is-a-pedophile-rapist

The Question We Should Be Asking

The question isn’t whether these emails prove Donald Trump committed crimes. The question is why our standard for accountability has become so low that “didn’t commit crimes” is considered an adequate response to documented evidence of knowing about predatory behavior and choosing discretion over reporting.

The question is why wealth and social connection so consistently insulate men from even having to answer basic questions about what they knew and when they knew it.

The question is how many Virginia Giuffres have to die before we decide that protecting reputations is less important than protecting young people.

These emails are not a hoax. They are authentic correspondence, properly obtained through congressional subpoena. What they prove is exactly what survivors have been saying all along: the people who could have stopped Epstein knew, and they chose not to act.

That’s not a criminal conspiracy. It’s something potentially worse—it’s how power protects itself in plain sight, through the simple expedient of looking away while assuring everyone else they saw nothing at all.

YES...reporters preface their spiel with...."It must be noted Nothing in files explicitly shows the President abused girls.....". Fine, but put Obama in that position and this would be the greatest scandal in American history, right??

After months of daily exposure, I’m now impressed with Michael Wolff. Flashy and louche as a magazine writer, as a prolific author he’s measured and deliberate. His problematic sources trust him; people are dying to be listened to, even when negative copy results.

Wolff’s longterm devotion to getting this incredible story inspires me despite Epstein’s repellence. Illicit sex was going to happen whether Wolff was there or not. Even the bloodless trafficker was disgusted by Trump’s emotional manipulations in pursuit of adult sex. “Donald has no moral compass,” he told Wolff.

Observing a five-year-old on LSD, given by her mother, “That story was gold,” Joan Didion told her nephew Griffin Dunne in his documentary, “The Center Cannot Hold.” The piece on hippies in Haight-Ashbury I studied at J-school a half-century ago involved a tinier time requirement than Wolff’s, less moral repulsion than pedophilia. Didion sat, watched something disturbing, only commenting later, on paper.

Wolff shows remarkable sexual circumspection on air despite his years of immersion in the foulest of rivers. He clears his throat at Joanna Coles’ more provocative remarks. Lap dances from strangers were part of his flashy past, not his obviously happy and beautifully curated life today.

When he asks his wife about some feminine mystery—why do MAGA women wear long hair, short skirts, and boots when it’s not winter?—Victoria stops deadheading flowers and replies with acuity. He is respectfully appreciative. It’s the real thing. But what do I know, like Michael I’m also on my second marriage, and mine’s only lasted forty years so far.
