in the days following the 2020 election, cirrhosis poster boy Rudy Fucking Giuliani slithered out from under a pile of empty vodka bottles long enough to ruin the lives of election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss.

Rudy accused these innocent women of election fraud, concocting a bullshit story about how they somehow altered vote counts with the aid of a magical thumb drive, throwing the election to Joe Biden and denying Dear Leader his rightful spot as Re-Elected God-Emperor For Life.

never mind that this quote-unquote “thumb drive” was actually a breath mint. unhinged Trumpist goons sprung into action, filling the voicemails of Freeman and Moss with hundreds of death threats. things got so bad that the FBI told them to flee for their own safety. the two had to quit their jobs, abandon their homes and go into hiding — all because Giuliani couldn’t keep his lying mouth shut.

in the end, Rudy got caught — sued for defamation — and punished.

but did he really get punished? because from the looks if it, Rudy is still out there living large. what the fuck?

Rudy Colludy was hit with a $148 million dollar judgement, which in any sane world should have ruined the shit out of his life. he should be well into the process of going broke right now, his bank accounts drained and his properties sold off. he should be forced to scrounge the dumpsters behind IHOP, hoping to find half-eaten pancakes for dinner.

hello, what? that’s right, the judge overseeing Rudy’s bankruptcy has allowed him a budget of FORTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH.

I’m sorry, but that’s just mindblowingly insane. I did some googling. in 2020, $43,000 was the median annual income of the US workforce. that means that every single month, Rudy is allowed to blow through what an average hard-working American makes in a YEAR — and the free-spending old fuck can’t even keep to that extravagant budget.

The New York Times reports that despite agreeing in bankruptcy court to stick to a comical monthly budget of $43,000 … the mayor turned Trump attorney spent nearly $120,000 in January. That figure covered “60 transactions on Amazon, multiple entertainment subscriptions, various Apple services and products, Uber rides, and payment of some of his business partner’s personal credit card bill.”

Rudy has been blatantly ignoring the orders of multiple judges — repeatedly. Rudy doesn’t give a fuck about obeying the law — he’s demonstrated this numerous times. all the financial penalties in the world aren’t affecting Rudy one bit. so why hasn’t he seen the inside of a prison cell yet?

Giuliani’s third ex-wife, Judith Giuliani, recently asked a judge in New York to throw him in prison if he doesn’t cough up the quarter-of-a-million dollars she claims he owes from their divorce settlement.

and it’s not just Rudy who’s thumbing his nose in the face of the law. why the fuck aren’t any of the sleazy criminals who orbit around Dear Leader being held truly accountable?
