President Piss Baby doesn't need to sign that bill. If the President takes no action, the bill automatically becomes law after 10 days, as long as Congress is still in session. If Congress adjourns their session before the 10-day window expires and the President does not sign the bill, the bill automatically dies. I don't think the Congress wants to kill their own bill, but God only knows what Trump has to hold over the leaders.

President Piss Baby doesn't need to sign that bill. If the President takes no action, the bill automatically becomes law after 10 days, as long as Congress is still in session. If Congress adjourns their session before the 10-day window expires and the President does not sign the bill, the bill automatically dies. That is only correct if Congress is in session during that 10-day period. If Congress is not in session and the President fails to sign, the bill fails (a “pocket veto”).
Congress is scheduled to go on recess beginning 7/2. A pocket veto is definitely in play.
