There's a hearing before Judge Xinis at 4 PM today and we'll see what happens. I hope she slaps some people with contempt of court. His conclusion was that the current mal-administration is NOT fascist, because it's too bumbling and inefficient. I applaud the courage of Harvard, Los Angeles Unified School District, Oregon Governor Kotek, Maine Governor Mills, and the handful of law firms and lawyers who have pushed back against the illegal, unconstitutional, and unethical threats by the criminal-elect.
It is remarkable to me that any major law firm would capitulate to Trump. Any current or potential client would want a fierce advocate to pursue justice. Not an entity that will simply rollover to the future prison apprentice's intimidation campaign.
I read those firms are already starting to lose some of their best litigators. I hope it's a massive brain drain for the ones that capitulated and they lose money on top of it. The money issue is the real reason they decided to capitulate and I hope it backfires on them.
