Well, at least he'll essentially be paying back all the honest taxpayer citizens of New York, who have been carrying a heavier tax load because he has been cheating all along. Too bad for us there is a statute of limitations on his kind of fraud.

It might be much more than the $370,000,000 that James is recommending: Engoron and his staff are keeping track of and tallying the deltas in valuation, and in the end will produce the calculations that determine the final fines.

Judge Engoron, when denying Trump's 5th attempt to get the case dismissed, listed the areas of fraud Trump engaged in that are well OUTSIDE Habba's notion that "valuing real estate is an art and not a science":

"Valuing occupied residences as if vacant; valuing restricted land as if unrestricted; valuing an apartment at triple it's actual size; valuing property at many times the amount of sealed appraisals; valuing planned buildings as if they were completed and ready to rent; valuing golf courses with brand premium while claiming not to; and valuing restricted funds as cash- these are not subjective differences of opinion, but are misstatements at best [and intent doesn't matter in this kind of fraud] and fraud at worst."

And who is taking James' $370M recommendation as just that, and then deciding on all this? The guy Trump can't stop insulting, the guy who's house got a bomb threat yesterday, on the last morning of the trial. The guys on LEGAL AF podcast (one of whom sounds exactly like Saul Goodman) think it could be hundreds of millions more than 370. They think James lowballed that number to make it appeal-proof. Fingers crossed.

There was so much fuckery around Ivana's untimely death. IMHO she was pushed down the stairs since two of Shitler's goons were seen leaving her apartment on the day of her death. This conveniently got Shitler and spawn out of a deposition, because, sad. Then, at her funeral it took TEN men struggling to lift the coffin that supposedly contained only her cremated remains. Then, one week later the Saudi's have their fake golf tournament at the same place where Ivana is buried in a shitty makeshift grave. And then, Jared and Princess Sparkle Butt are gifted $2B from the Saudis. Are you getting the picture?

After the two-hour meeting, on the flight home, my father said to the head architect, "That guy is nothing but a bullshit artist. You'll be lucky to get paid. Count me out." When you look at his family history no one could get through to him, whether no one cared or whether he was just that difficult. Probably a combination of both. He knows his "criming"but he is such a narcissist he can't accept responsibility. He literally builds his own reality as he goes and completely believes it, I think that is "how" he sells it to his cult. His confidence in his BS...well, they don't call it a confidence man for nothing. Or, of course now days, just conman.

He has gotten this far by gaming the systems due to his wealth and position. That takes some smarts. Ok, so I would have been immediately arrested. My pre arranged lawyer would be petitioning the court or someone for a bail hearing. I asked a lawyer friend in my home state what could have happened to Lilly’s ole me. He wasn’t sure because he doesn’t know New York law but thought I could have been remanded to Riker’s Island up to 6 months. Unlikely but I could be away from my 7 house cats. They need to be feed. I did envision that the world media would have wanted to interview me and every time I stood before cameras, I would raise my book to my face, “Donald’s Vanity Tantrums,” like I’m doing now, and gotten free press. Then my book would finally become a best seller and I could take the proceeds to invest in my animal rescue farm.
