But I think the two feelings are diametrically opposed. The way I felt then is that Clinton was going to win and there was no need to ensure that it happened. Disengaged. The way I feel now is VP Harris is going to win and the resulting emotion will drive my full engagement (and that of many like me) in GOTV efforts, because I've stopped subscribing to the myth of Presidents having the power of gods and I want a landslide of a trifecta so undeniable that donors stop giving to the R party or taking any of them seriously. I take full ownership in engaging in the result I want, which goes far beyond this election. This last month is wind at my back.
