In fact I often roast vegetables with it along with a really good quality balsamic vinegar, aged at least 12-15 years. Try it on carrots, Brussels sprouts and rutabaga. And then there’s maple sugar pie - a must during Christmas season.
After about 65 years I found date syrup. Not as sweet and not as expensive.

Well you do have a patriotic mandate to use it. Don't get me wrong. I used gallons, but now I'm old and my stomach objects.
