Right you are, though most nations take their deportees (who are often deported for criminal records). There are very few "recalcitrant" countries that refuse.
And, the immigration law allows deportations to alternate countries if the country of origin won't accept them, though that rarely happens - I've heard of that happening once in the past 25 or so years of practice

My guess is that many countries will refuse to accept Trump's deportees—unless there is a ginormous payment that accompanies each of them to help the receiving countries defray the cost of reintegrating them into their societies.
Oh this will turn out just well won’t it Stephen Miller? You can’t just dump people off somewhere else. They’ll be turning these planes around and back to the USA. Hah! then what do you do?
There are actually very few countries that refuse deportees, regardless of administration.
And many are too poor to overly concern themselves w reintegration. When Cambodia changed its policy to start accepting deportees, there was basically a one man band who voluntarily took on that effort.
If they don't ask for a boatload of money, they are very dumb. Maybe some of them will wake up. I think the folks in central and South America are a bit more sophisticated than Cambodia. The countries in Asia surrounding Cambodia don't have deep pockets like the United States.
And, of course, the countries who get the reintegration money don't need to use it for that purpose—it can go right into their Swiss bank accounts.

Fuck 'em all! They just think they're in charge of the world. This level of stupidity will not work out well.
I doubt Trump will deport Europeans.
Not the White ones no.
Especially those from Norway.
