My big concern is the jury in the Florida case. That district is rabid MAGA and it only takes 1 for a hold out. I hope Jack Smith indicts trump in another state preferably NJ or Wash DC.
There was one MAGA juror in the E. Jean defamation/sex assault case recently won; it had to be unanimous, so at least there is one identifying as MAGA who could be persuaded by evidence and testimony. Crossing fingers, given the evidence here is so strong, and many of those MAGA jurors may have been hit by trump's recurring donations scam.
If it's any consolation, and this is obviously not 100%, but voir dire can be worded in ways you flush out those hiding an agenda and most people in that setting honestly want to do the right thing. And then we remember the OJ case. Jury nullification. But it would be excellent to have cases in other venues than Cannon or another MAGAt in Florida.
Oh! And GA, I forgot about that for a minute. And as of this morning we now know there was another phone call made to AZ. So maybe another trial there??

I'd love to know how much Ghouliani and Roman gave up in their proffer negotiations with Smith's team earlier this week. This indicates they are not just witnesses, but under investigation as co-conspirators for possible prosecution. They will need to share all their crime-ing, and then appear before grand juries to testify. I don't think Smith is finished with tRump's sycophants and collaborators, either - J6, docs or election fraud/transfer of power. TFFG should be buying trailer loads of Depends at this juncture...

Interestingly enough the timing of the sealed entries coincide with the news media reporting of Giuliani's proffer meeting. As I have mentioned previously I strongly suspect that Rudy went with talking about classified information issues that he has first hand knowledge of with regards to Trump while in office and afterwards.

Many of us had high hopes with Mueller and just made up this nobel, warrior type fellow who would present all the evidence and crush Trump. We made him up. Nobody has to make up Jack Smith. He's used to the really really bad guys.
Who or what entity would legally be the one to announce that Donald Trump no longer qualifies as a presidential nominee, or however it would be worded, with all these charges, would it take an act of Congress? The Supreme Court? Or the DOJ? I want to know. And how much more has to happen before “he is” actually disqualified?
I’m of the mind that if Trump makes a plea deal with Jack Smith, not running would be part of that deal. Wishful thinking? I’d rather see Trump in prison, but prohibited from running is a close second.

The J6 will be held in DC, and if smith can say without a doubt that a crime was committed in NJ, there will be another trial there.
