Last weekend my uncle had a heart attack, while in the hospital for a fall at a mall. He was brain dead before they noticed. That meant my aunt took him off life support and he is no longer alive. So, while I am still somewhat in shock over this, I can still see how Mitch McConnell could be brain dead too. It did not take long for that to happen. If he is, it does not matter where they put him, it just matters whether or not he opted for do not resuscitate.

Last weekend my uncle had a heart attack, while in the hospital for a fall at a mall. He was brain dead before they noticed. That meant my aunt took him off life support and he is no longer alive. So, while I am still somewhat in shock over this, I can still see how Mitch McConnell could be brain dead too. It did not take long for that to happen. If he is, it does not matter where they put him, it just matters whether or not he opted for do not resuscitate.

I just rewatched the "Raise Hell: The Life and Times of Molly Ivins" documentary on Netflix (miss her so much) who told us weekly how much and how bad the Texas legislature sucked. A local paper here in Maine used to print her columns regularly and I always read every one...plus I got all of her books (mostly collections of her columns, but some new stuff, too. I LOVED her columns on Reagan and G.H.W. Bush and his difficulties with the English language. (although nothing like the word hashes and soups that Donny makes) Yeah, I really miss her, too.
