I am also trying to step back from the Zelenskiy deal because I know that there will be people who point out that Zelenskiy made sure to include things he knows Putin will never go for, thereby making the "peace" plan a nonstarter.

I keep several cold packs in the freezer for this. It's a challenge to be able to think of coherent comments, so please excuse this odd ramble!
I also just finished reading the NYT article about MTG. It may be the migraine, but I thought it was fair. The author doesn't absolve her of anything, but it does show how tRump's extremes are penetrating even the thickest MAGA skulls. It certainly doesn't support her, or make her a hero, only that she is human and has some lines she will not cross. She's still wrong about many things.
I used to get them all the time when I lived in Connecticut and the barometer dropped. I could tell you if a storm was coming when it was still sunny out! The PNW has been a huge improvement.
Not consistently. Seems like I get them without a rhyme or reason. I think some are tension headaches, but they feel EXACTLY like migraines. I’ve had them for years & years. I have those ice headache hats too!! No worries about rambling incoherently. I do that too. I get brain fog really bad because I deal with chronic pain: fibromyalgia, migraines/tension headaches, Elher’s Danlos Hypermobility Syndrome (hEDS), cervical stenosis a lumbar stenosis.

I don't have the exact reporting, but I think Zelenski leaned into it, agreeing, but in so many words saying that it would have to be to a vote. Not sure- she is maybe becoming a genuine right wing populist- as opposed to the fake right wing populism of the MAGAts. There is an opening for that as people lose their health care coverage, have fewer and fewer housing options, and as the asshole class scoffs at affordability. I also point out that she has weekly Zoom meetings 3 times a month on Fridays at noon CST, and once a month on Sunday at 7 pm CST. Try living abroad in a country that used to be America’s ally!! I used to get migraines until I had Botox shots into my head, along the hairline, since then, I have not had a migraine. That was 6 years ago.
I’ve tried every type of preventative, including Botox, none of it worked for me. I’m glad it helps you. Migraines are awful.
