Great news that the Harris campaign is helping down ballot candidates. We have to get the horrible Cruz out of the Senate. There's plenty of support for Allred here in Texas, but Criminal AG Paxton is busy suspending voter registrations and otherwise purging the rolls. I've already heard from a few people I know personally who checked their registrations and discovered theirs were "suspended". Voted in the last election, haven't moved, no reason at all for that. If they hadn't checked and had time to get it corrected, they would've been given provisional ballots and their votes likely never counted. There are tens of thousands of people who don't know this. They assume the current voter registration card they just received a couple of months ago means they're good to go.

Texas needs a complete overhaul of their lawmakers. Paxton is such a corrupt creep, that his own party tried to get rid of him , until they didn't. I wonder what compromising information Paxton has on all of them to change their minds.(?) Abbott is completely unhinged and Cruz is just nauseating. Hopefully November will bring with it a new era in Texas politics.

It's like a Mob situation. While Dade Phelan (I'm no Phelan fan) was trying to make sure Paxton's feet were held to the fire, he was accused of being drunk on the House floor. Clips all over the news. Talk of impeachment. I watched the publicly available original footage. Clearly, they manipulated a clip - gave him the Pelosi treatment. When they couldn't get any traction with it, the whole thing was dropped. If we can just turn out the vote, we can turn the tide. It'll take new voices, time, and determination to get the ringleaders out.
