We are eating out less than we did last year. Dinner for two (a salad with chicken and a pot roast sandwich) a beer and a glass of wine. With tax and tip it was $96.00! $96 at the grocery store gets you less now but I can still make a few meals with that and include a bottle of wine and a six pack of craft beer.
I dropped $55 for breakfast at our local diner the other day. $3.50 each for coffee (all we can drink, and I can drink a lot of coffee), $17 for an omelette (up charges for Gluten Free toast, and mushrooms), $19 for an omelette for me, plus tax and tip.
We like to go out to eat about once a week, but it does get expensive.
