Characterizing these wildly outnumbered, committed-to-the-Constitution justices as 'compliant little girls' is a tell that you're not reading the rulings or the reporting. And more and more, the ruling doesn't make sense without context, which is provided in the dissents, so I'm actually hearing more decisions reported (in the corporate press, no less) as, "[Kagan] / [Sotomayor] / [Brown Jackson] dissenting on [basis]." Characterizing these wildly outnumbered, committed-to-the-Constitution justices as 'compliant little girls' is a tell that you're not reading the rulings or the reporting. It also scans repellently misogynistic.
The Supreme Court cannot ethically try cases in the media. Even the dreadful Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito don't go THAt far in corrupting the court. If you had been in their shoes sand done that, you would be more corrupt than Thomas and Alito put together.
