The next administration has a fine line to walk. We can't let 'throw the other party in jail' become the norm for every succeeding administration. But, we can't let actual crimes go unpunished.
Republicans won't be charged by a Republican AG and they'll yell partisan bias if charged by a Democratic AG. The new AG has to make it clear that the DOJ doesn't take party affiliation into account for any reason.
